Located just south of the Las Vegas Strip, M Resort Spa Casino has nearly doubled its capacity to 765 rooms and suites with the addition of the new tower. The expansion reflects not only physical growth but a deliberate approach to scaling operations with greater control, consistency, and efficiency.
This milestone marks the continuation of a 17-year operational partnership between Hostar International and M Resort, dating back to the property’s opening in 2009. Rather than replacing legacy processes, the resort has extended a system designed to evolve alongside it.
As part of the expansion, the ProHost® Mega Solution was implemented across the new tower to support housekeeping operations at scale. Powered 40S carts and structured inventory distribution ensure that room attendants begin each shift fully equipped with precisely calculated supplies. This reduces unnecessary movement, minimizes reliance on additional support staff, and improves overall workflow efficiency.

The implementation of the ProHost® Mega Solution represents a shift in how housekeeping operations are designed and managed. Traditional models rely heavily on reactive labor, with constant restocking, excess movement, and inefficiencies built into daily routines. The ProHost® System replaces that approach by integrating workflow design, inventory control, and purpose-built equipment into a single operating system.
At M Resort, this translates into a structured material flow from centralized distribution points directly to guest rooms. Inventory is pre-calculated and delivered at the start of each shift, allowing room attendants to focus on room readiness rather than supply retrieval. Movement across floors and service areas is reduced, and processes remain consistent across both towers.
At the center of the system is Hostar’s powered 40S Supplier, integrated with centralized reserves and pickstation logistics. This infrastructure ensures that materials move efficiently through the building, creating a controlled and repeatable operating environment.
The impact is measurable. Room attendants save between 45 and 60 minutes each day, housemen save between 60 and 120 minutes, and supervisors save between 15 and 30 minutes. These gains contribute to stronger labor productivity, improved inventory control, faster room turnaround times, and a more consistent guest experience.
