Hostar’s ProHost® Nexus Mega Resort System at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
The ProHost® System revolutionizes housekeeping by utilizing specialized equipment and innovative processes to efficiently distribute linens, terry, amenities, and supplies in precise quantities from a centralized location to guest rooms with minimal steps. The system is flexible, adapting to the unique needs of each property to ensure room attendants begin their shifts fully stocked with everything they need. This enables them to focus on preparing rooms, speeding up turnover, and allowing guests to check in quickly and smoothly.
The Mega Solution features a powered 50S Supplier for room attendants, integrated with 56R Reserves and a pickstation. The system equips room attendants with the tools and materials to service guest rooms with enhanced attention to detail efficiently. With the ProHost® System, room attendants save 45 to 60 minutes daily, housemen save 60 to 120 minutes, and supervisors save 15 to 30 minutes. This results in substantial cost savings, enhanced room cleanliness, and improved inventory control. Traditional, cluttered carts are replaced with organized, pre-stocked trolleys featuring color-coded totes, allowing room attendants to transport them easily from service areas to guest rooms. This system streamlines their workflow and keeps hallways clutter-free, making the process more efficient.
