Element Philadelphia opened in May 2021. During the planning process, Element Philadelphia sought a housekeeping solution to meet the pandemic’s changing in-room cleaning standards. Hostar International is proud to partner with the Element Philadelphia team and implement the ProHost System in our first Element Hotel!

Hostar provided the Full Service Solution to improve guest services and the efficiency of the housekeeping team. With Hostar, the Element Philadelphia was able to provide the room attendants with the tools and materials needed to service the guest room, increase organization in the heart of the house, streamline distribution, and improve the appearance of guest hallways. The Full Service Solution allows Element Philadelphia to manage high occupancy challenges while maintaining task focus and accountability. Each room attendant is provided with a 40S Supplier Cart and C3 Collector Cart to move from room-to-room.
