The Cabot Cape Breton uses the ProHost® Resort/Villa Solution, which combines the standard ProHost® System with a golf cart (80SGC vehicle) to serve its villa properties. This system centralizes the management of guest room supplies, such as linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring accurate inventory calculations for each villa.

A dedicated team refills the 80SGC vehicles daily, keeping operations smooth no matter the property’s layout. The vehicle carries a pre-packed cart stocked with clean linens, towels, room supplies, and amenities for 10–12 rooms. It also has separate compartments for cleaning products, soiled linen, and trash, keeping fresh supplies separate from waste. This setup allows housekeeping staff to work efficiently and independently.

The ProHost® Resort/Villa Solution reduces the time spent restocking guest rooms, simplifies housekeeping tasks, and helps the hotel quickly adjust to changing guest needs. Overall, it boosts both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
